GAZ 82 S chipper with single-shaft technology

The GAZ 82 S from GROSS is a high-performance single-shaft shredder designed for larger quantities of wood waste in the trades and industry. Compared to the GAZ 82, it features a larger rotor diameter of 368 mm instead of 252 mm, as well as higher drive power. As a result, the GAZ 82 S processes bulky wood waste such as solid wood offcuts, board scraps, battens or pallet wood at a higher throughput.

Technical specifications

The waste wood is fed into the GROSS shredder via the hopper. A hydraulic pusher feeds it in a controlled manner against the rotating blade rotor. There, the material is shredded and then passed through the perforated screen. The diameter of the screen holes determines the size of the finished wood chips.
