GAZ 62 shredder with single-shaft technology

The GAZ 62 from GROSS is a compact single-shaft shredder for wood, cardboard, plastics and other waste materials. Its hydraulic feed system ensures a reliable supply of material, whilst a range of screen perforations allows the chip size to be tailored to requirements. This means the robust shredder can be used flexibly in both craftsmanship and industrial applications.

Technical specifications

The material is fed into the GROSS shredder via the hopper. A hydraulic pusher feeds it in a controlled manner against the rotating rotor. The cutting blades on the rotor shred the material. It then falls through a perforated screen. The size of the screen apertures determines the size of the shredded material.
