( Maximum performance for round briquettes )
Heavy-duty briquette press with clamping technology
For large quantities of waste
The GROSS GP 300 S is designed to handle significantly higher throughput requirements than the GP 200. Its 22-kW hydraulic motor delivers twice the power and enables a material-dependent throughput of up to 350 kg per hour. Compared with the GP 200’s maximum of 180 kg/h, this represents a significant increase in processing capacity. The GP 300 S is therefore particularly suitable for timber-processing businesses where large quantities of waste material need to be reliably briquetted.
Our favourite part: the detail.
GP 300 S
Contains oil for lubricating the cylinders
Pre-compaction takes place in the filling tower
This is where the final briquette is formed
Generously sized
Operates hydraulically and compacts the material
For consistently high-quality briquettes
Feeds material into the screw conveyor shaft
Feeds material into the filling tower
Technical specifications
The material to be briquetted is fed into the storage hopper either manually or automatically via a filter or conveyor system. A continuously operating agitator and a separately controllable discharge screw then transport it to the pressing unit. There, the material is first pre-compacted and then pressed into the finished briquette without the addition of any binders. To ensure reliable processing, the material’s moisture content must not exceed 18 per cent.
